Shipping Options and Transit Times (Domestic)
Once your order has been dispatched, the transit time is determined by USPS based on the shipping option chosen by the customer. Please note that while we strive to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to potential carrier delays that are beyond our control.

- First Class: 1-5 business days
- Priority: 1-3 business days
- Express: Next business day-2 business days
Handling Times
- Sublimated Keycaps (Made to Order): Approximately 7 days handling time due to the custom nature of the product.
- Double-shot Keycaps: Approximately 2 days handling time.
- Pre-Assembled Keyboards: Approximately 7 days handling time.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping. For international orders, please be aware that you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and any related fees in your country. These fees are separate from your purchase with us and are not included in the cost of shipping.
- First-Class Package International: Varies by destination, but may take up to 20 business days
- Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days
- Priority Mail Express International: 3-5 business days
- Global Express Guaranteed: 1-3 business days
Shipping Notifications
